Returns and Replacements

Due to the intimate nature of sexual health products and health regulations regarding medical devices, we are unable to accept product returns.

If you ordered online at www.theroyalc.com and received product that is damaged during shipping, please email info@theroyalc.com within 24 hours of receipt and we will ship you a replacement.

To complete your replacement shipment, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of product damage.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be replaced, sale items cannot be replaced.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
